For example, in this evaluation, the average online rate of the equipment of the road test unit of the tested object is 81.9%, and the average online rate of the integrated sensing facilities is 75.1%. The qualified rate of all kinds of message communication delays meeting the standard requirements does not exceed 90%, and the qualified rate of all kinds of messages at intersections does not exceed 80%.
